# How easy was onboarding with Vibe Retail, and what slowed you down in promo rule setup?

We were worried about retraining time, but onboarding ended up being easier than expected because the UI felt intuitive and cashiers adapted quickly. Checkout transactions also felt noticeably faster and stable, and management found back-end reporting and real-time inventory workflows easier than expected with minimal disruption during the switch. The main friction point was setting up customized promotional rules, which sometimes took extra steps. How have you handled promo rule configuration, and what would make that setup faster for your team?
