# How easy is it to get changes approved in EVA by New Black for invoices and receipts?

We like that EVA by New Black feels like a unified platform where physical stores and e-commerce use the same functions, including strong click and collect and deliver to store support. The order orchestration has been very good, and it helps that employees can access everything in the iOS apps. The challenge is that improvements can be hard to get done, especially changes to certified invoices and receipts, and some things that seem out of the box still need development during testing. How have you handled change requests and gaps you found during testing?
