You set up a few initial questions as a Screening stage of the application, together with usually asking them to give their name and other important qualifications questions we require for the particular role … in the Willo platform (we use some of our competence behavioural first level questions) … the Candidate then gets a link through our ATS system (Teamtailor) which has Willo integrated with it. The Candidate then gets sent a link in an email direct from Willo following and intro email from ourselves to expect the link. The Candidate then in their own time answers the questions online (they can re-answer if they want to do them again) … then when they are happy they post their answers back. Our Hiring Managers then view the video to suit their schedule which comes into our Teamtailor ATS platform …as we use this selection tool sometimes on its own or also along with some other online assessment options … to screen our candidates before shortlisting the individuals we wish to meet/online live interview for a more in depth technical and behavioural structured interviews. By using this methodology … the Candidate can take their screening interview at a time to suit themselves … and our HRBPs and Hiring Managers can review the Candidates to suit their schedules … before selecting the best Candidates for the full in depth live interviews … which helps both sides and speeds up the talent pipeline. You setup your video interview. You can start with a video intro yourself to tell candidates what you expect. Then you provide the questions and set a time limit for each question. Candidates record their answer to each question and you are notified when they&#39;ve submitted their video.
