# How does the onboarding and set-up process work?

Though setting up our platform is a very intuitive process, we want to be right there with you during your onboarding, which includes four one-hour sessions with your assigned CS Mentor. 

After the four sessions are done, you have 15 days to play with the HETIKUS Platform and then have a follow-up meeting to ask any questions that may have come up while you were exploring. Follow-up sessions are also offered whenever there's a new feature or you hire a new application.
