# How does the form app generate income since it is free to use at the moment now

I really need to know how the business sustain itself

forms.app has a Freemium model that allows unlimited Free users for an unlimited period of time. However, there are some limitations in the Free plan and sometimes our users purchase paid plans to avoid these limitations. This is basically how we generate income.
