Hello, I work for MainWP. Not sure if you tested earlier.

There are two plugins:
1. MainWP Dashbaord: Installs on the WordPress site FROM where you want to control the other sites (called Child Sites).
2. MainWP Child: This needs to install on every site you want to manage from the Dashboard regardless of the hosting provider.
