Log In: Sign in to your PayPal account.Navigate to Invoicing: Look for the "Invoicing" or "Request Money" option on your PayPal dashboard.
Create Invoice: Click on the option to create a new invoice. Fill in details such as the recipient's email, item description, quantity, price, and any applicable taxes or shipping fees.
Preview and Send: Review the invoice details, make sure everything is accurate, and then send it to the recipient. PayPal will notify them via email.
Payment: The recipient receives the invoice and can pay using their PayPal account or credit/debit card. PayPal will notify you once the payment is received.
Record Keeping: PayPal keeps a record of your invoices, and you can track payments, outstanding amounts, and more through your account.
