# How does InfoFlo's email management differ from other CRMs?

Does InfoFlo require CC or BCC to have all relevant email linked directly to a contact or project?

InfoFlo includes a built in email engine that automatically fetches email items directly from your email account.  There is no need to send to a special CC or BCC email address.  We also have direct synchronization with Outlook and Gmail.  All email items which are processed by InfoFlo get automatically linked and archived to existing customers, projects and workflows.  Also, we index all this data so it can be immediately searched in the context of your workflow.
