We've discovered what appears to be a significant shortcoming in Fishbowl. They call it Fishbowl for Quickbooks, but it gets out of balance with Quickbooks regularly, even though the only journal entries into Quickbooks are made by Fishbowl itself. We are guessing the out of balance condition has to do with rounding. We asked support about it and for a mere $2,500, they say they will look into it. NO! If you're supposed to be Fishbowl for Quickbooks, your product should sync with Quickbooks without our having to cough up a significant amount of money to get you to figure out what the issue is.
