Dashlane's Dark Web Monitoring scans for email addresses and other personal information against a continuously updated database of breach records, then sends an alert the moment something being monitored turns up, so the affected password can be changed before it's used against the account holder. Individuals can monitor up to five email addresses; on professional plans, the admin-level Dark Web Insights dashboard extends that same monitoring across the whole organization, including employees who aren't yet using a Dashlane vault.
