Setting up a ClickBid account is super easy. You'll want to start by customizing an event page and adding all related information. You can add links to purchase tickets or sponsorships, donation pages, or even images from a previous event. Auction items can be added individually or by template! Once all your auction items have been added, you can add an auction preview link to your event landing page. When ready for bidding, your bidders will have the chance to log in to an existing profile or create a new login. When bidders are logged in and items are available for bidding, you'll start to see your auction total increase! You'll set a closing time in ClickBid and items will automatically close for you. You can pre-compose a winning bidder message that is sent via text to communicate to your winning bidders. Payments can be easily processed through ClickBid and quickly paid out to your organization within a few business days.
