Very easily-students download the Cerego app and respond to prompts about the course material in short bursts of time over a five-day window.  There is no cramming possible or waiting until the last moment to review material.

It depends on what you want to know exactly, in a general sense, you create content either directly or externally and then upload. Users are added via email or CSV file, assignments have different options for you to see stats and reporting.
