That&#39;s a vague question. You enter or import in lists of item donors, auction items, and bidders (bidders can also register themselves); set up the &quot;website&quot; that bidders will see and connect it to your payment processor; and monitor bids as they come in.

Auctria is a relational database that allows users to create auction events, then add bidders, donors &amp; items to the event. The user then usually creates a website from within Auctria that uses all the info in the event to lay out a public custom-url website for people to browse, bid, buy and donate. The system is robust, with lots of customization options, searching and reporting ability. As is always the case with so much power, the learning curve is steep. If users have the grit and time to learn the system, it&#39;s worth the effort and money for serious fundraisers who do one or more annual events. I would not recommend it for someone looking for help for a single event with no plan to return to it, however.
