# How do you weigh SiteGround’s reliability and support against higher renewal pricing?

I’ve found SiteGround to be reliable and fast, with an easy dashboard and straightforward site setup. Support has been consistently helpful, and features like automatic backups and security tools save time and reduce stress around uptime and performance. The main downside is the jump in renewal pricing and that some advanced features are limited on lower-tier plans, which can push you to upgrade sooner. How have you handled plan upgrades and renewal costs while keeping the performance benefits?
