YouCanBookMe attaches to your online calendar so it only books available time. It then establishes a calendar entry when someone books with you so that the time is blocked and reserved for them. You can include your booking link in email messages or online content so that people can go to your YouCanBookMe calendar and choose a time to schedule from what appears as available.

You Can Book Me allows the teachers in my district to see my calendar and find a time to meet with me regarding things they need without the constant back and forth email to ask about a topic, ask if I'm available, decide on a time and date and confirm it works for everyone.  We save about 5 steps and tons of time by using You Can Book Me.

I use Youcanbookme to keep in touch with 100 or more people in our church congregation. I publish my Youcanbookme link so that people can feel free to set an appointment with me that suits their timing. This way, people can see that I always have room for them in my schedule.
