We use Secureframe to manage everything regarding our compliance frameworks. Secureframe does scanning, has a place to document Vendor reviews, helps us to track who has read their policies, stores our documentation for framework controls, and more. They support all of the frameworks we have asked for. They are also responsive to requests for information or a certain way to do something.
