Thanks for sharing how you use Scorebuddy.
Its great to hear you are enjoying the reports and Scorecard features.

In regards to the integration, our product team are working hard to improve its functionality and to make it less admin heavy.

We use Scorebuddy as a customer support and service quality assurance evaluation tool.  The metric tracking and scorecards are good components of this, but the integration is something that you really need to evaluate if it&#39;s something that your team can manage and support otherwise it becomes manual functionality for staff management and add-ons needed for list building.

We use this tool for quality assurance evaluation and agent performance scorecard. Really great tool and easy to use.
