# How do you use RealtyJuggler tutorials to stay on top of follow-ups?

The tutorials in RealtyJuggler have been the most helpful part for me since there seems to be guidance for every task, so I’m not stuck figuring things out. I also like that it feels straightforward without a lot of extra systems I don’t need. The biggest benefit has been keeping track of communications and contact points so I can stay organized and follow up more easily. How are you using RealtyJuggler to manage communications and follow-ups?

For me, when I am thinking of adding new features of realtyjuggler to my.routine, I watch the related video tutorial first because I like to figure things out on my own if I can. For follow up, watch tutorial 44 which talks about setting touch tasks. Heck just updating the last contact date is all I generally need to remember who to call, but touch tasks are great for when things are busy as I try to do them first thing, every day. Also I always send a text or email if I miss connecting by phone.

Great idea, Beverly. I will watch Tutorial 44 and start setting up those touch tasks. Thank you for your tip.
