# How do you use Q&A during a webinar?

We've had some problems using Q&A during a webinar. It doesn't work as easily or intuitively as Chat. We've enabled it for a particular webinar, but then it didn't work and we had to use Chat. Not sure what we're doing wrong here, but haven't had the time to figure it out yet...
