# How do you use Optimal Treejack and Card Sorting to fix confusing website navigation?

I rely on Optimal’s Treejack and Card Sorting when I’m unsure where menu items should live, and the charts like dendrograms and pie charts make it easier to explain navigation changes to stakeholders. The downside for me is the price for smaller startups, plus recruiting a very niche audience can take a long time. The analysis can also feel overwhelming for the first hour or two as a beginner. How are you handling pricing, participant recruiting, and the learning curve while still getting clear navigation insights?
