As a patient, your provider will email or text you a unique web link (no credentials needed to log in), it takes you to their virtual waiting room, you “allow” the Doxy site to access your mic and camera, and the provider comes on once available - was (still is) a perfect solution at the time of the COVID lockdown since it’s free (paid solution offers more features), and provides a Business Associate Agreement with the provider, so it is HIPAA compliant
