# How do you streamline multi-step navigation in MRPeasy when adding order and item details?

We have found MRPeasy’s core MRP model solid, with items, versioned BOMs, manufacturing orders, purchase orders, customer orders, lots, and stock levels that a small assembly shop can run without consultants. The BigCommerce connector and QuickBooks sync (plus custom fields) help keep orders and data flowing, and the API has been thorough enough to build reporting and automation on top. One challenge is that adding multi-layer data can take too many button presses, especially vendor purchase details for stock items and shipping or invoice details on orders. How are others reducing the back-and-save clicking and speeding up these workflows?
