# How do you resolve your problems?

I would love to understand how people resolver problems related to technical issues. IS it easy to just contact Adobe directly or do you try to watch online videos about the problem first? Also, related to questions about the software, not technical issues, do you do the same or just contact Adobe? What is the main reason that you use adobe illustrator for? Do you implement your photoshoots as well, or just create from scratch your pieces or art?
