# How do you maximize the security of your Google Drive?

You can use folders to group files, then set the share settings at the folder level (parent) that applies to everything in that folder (children - including sub-folders).

Whether on a folder or any individual file, use the settings of the Share popup to control what editors and viewers can/can't do including downloading and printing.
