# How do you manage storage and performance costs with Summit Application Hosting for QuickBooks Desktop?

I like the secure 2 MFA login, dependable server, and how QuickBooks Desktop runs faster than it did on local computers. The Summit Client Utility and Master Add Forms make it easy to restart the server and quickly add CPUs, RAM, storage, and users, plus support responds fast. My biggest challenge is the cost of storage and upgrades, and I wish there was more guidance on cleaning up storage instead of emailing support each time. How are others balancing storage cleanup, performance needs, and monthly costs?
