# How do you make crypto payment monitoring easier for non-technical teams in 0xProcessing?

0xProcessing has helped centralize crypto payments monitoring so payment status, confirmations, and settlement info are visible in one place, reducing manual checks and improving coordination across teams. Supporting multiple cryptocurrencies and networks also adds flexibility, and the dashboard covers day-to-day monitoring well. The main challenges are crypto jargon in parts of the platform and documentation gaps for onboarding and setting up reports. What have you done to simplify terminology and improve onboarding or reporting for broader teams?
