I think they are right if they say so. I have seen proven differences in my typing after using typesy for a long time. The only key is patience and practice. Just keep aside 25 mins of your day to make progress on typesy. Being a working professional and after looking at number of professionals in the offices that type like anything on the keyboard I always wanted to type like them but there was no single resource that helped me the way Typesy does. I am practicing on Typesy from more than last one and a half year and even today also I am practicing on their software but now I type more swiftly than ever. So, I don't have any doubts about this software. 

Having said that I would also like to mention the regime I followed to make progress. As I have already mentioned that I spend 25 minutes each day to make progress on this software I also make sure that I don't practice more than 2 new lessons each day whether it takes 4 minutes to complete those 2 lessons or more. I spent rest of the time practicing previous lessons which I have already completed. In this way I was able to complete first 4 sections out of 7 till now.
