# How do you keep offline field inspections consistent while managing complex permissions in flowdit?

We have found flowdit reliable for onsite data capture in rough conditions, especially as a digital checklist for commissioning, punch lists, and milestone approvals. Offline sync has been strong for photo evidence and inspections, and the interface was easy for technicians to adopt. The main challenge is that the document control and archiving area can feel dense, especially when setting up intricate user permission structures without in-app guidance. How are others handling permissions and onboarding new admins while keeping field reporting standardized?
