# How do you keep Microsoft Teams organized when juggling lots of teams and channels?

Microsoft Teams has been great for keeping chat, video calls, and file sharing in one place, and it’s easy to jump from a message into a meeting or share a document and screen. It’s also helped cut down on back-and-forth emails and replace multiple separate tools. The main challenge is that it can feel heavy when switching between many teams and channels, and notifications can get noisy without tuning. What settings or habits have helped you keep Teams fast, focused, and less distracting?
