# How do you keep Microsoft PowerPoint fast and easy to align in large, media-heavy decks?

I like Microsoft PowerPoint for its design flexibility, offline reliability, and strong control over animations and transitions. Master slides have been a big time-saver for keeping formatting consistent, and exporting to PDF or video makes sharing easier across platforms. The main challenge is lag with large files that include high-resolution images, heavy graphics, or embedded videos, plus some alignment and formatting controls feel clunky or hidden. What tips or workflows have helped you improve performance and speed up precise layout work?
