# How do you keep Microsoft 365 collaboration smooth without getting lost in settings and versions?

I like how Microsoft 365 apps like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook work together, especially real-time collaboration and automatic cloud saving. At the same time, it can feel bloated and inconsistent, with settings buried in different menus, and Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint getting confusing around notifications, permissions, and multiple versions of the same file. What tips or habits have helped you keep collaboration fast while avoiding duplicate files and confusion?
