Foxit PDF Editor has been a huge time saver for quick fixes in flat PDFs, combining multiple pages into one file, and adding a signature without breaking formatting. The main frustrations are a crowded top toolbar that makes simple tools harder to find, plus OCR on scanned contracts that can miss letters or scramble lines and force manual cleanup.
