# How do you keep Culture Cloud recognition fast and searchable as usage grows?

Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner made it simple to recognize colleagues instantly with a clean UI, lots of reward options, and a mobile app that fits into daily workflow. Integrations with Outlook and Teams helped make recognition quick, and automated reporting saved HR time while boosting peer-to-peer recognition. The main friction points are slow rewards catalog loading on mobile, wanting more local Saudi gift card vendors, and a recognition feed search that takes too many clicks to find past recognitions. How have you handled catalog speed, local reward options, and searching the recognition feed in your setup?
