# How do you keep CoderPad interviews structured while handling dependencies and occasional lag?

CoderPad has helped us run more structured technical interviews by using a shared coding environment where candidates can write and run real code in real time, across multiple languages. It feels closer to pair programming and makes it easier to evaluate problem-solving, not just theoretical answers. The main challenges have been extra configuration for more complex scenarios with dependencies or frameworks, plus occasional lag that can disrupt the flow. How are you setting up templates and environments to reduce friction and keep sessions running smoothly?
