# How do you handle WebinarGeek’s powerful automation but confusing setup navigation?

WebinarGeek impressed me with its feature depth, especially automated follow-up email sequences that can segment attendees vs no-shows and trigger personalized post-webinar flows without a separate email tool. At the same time, the information architecture and workflow organization can feel cryptic, with key toggles buried in nested menus and setup steps requiring lots of back-and-forth between settings pages. The non-standard labeling on some broadcast controls also adds friction right before going live. Have you found ways to streamline your setup process or avoid missing important configuration steps?
