# How do you handle stuck transactions and edge-case errors in 0xProcessing?

We have liked 0xProcessing for its fast processing speed, low transactional friction, and a friendly dashboard that makes it easy to track incoming client payments. It has also helped us move away from crash-prone infrastructure and complicated checkout flows, with a noticeable improvement in completion success rate. The main challenge has been limited documentation for edge-case error fixes, especially when a customer uses an unsupported layer network and the transaction gets stuck, requiring support help. How are others troubleshooting these edge cases, and what documentation or portal tools would make it easier?
