# How do you handle small content updates in OptiSigns without duplicating assets?

I like OptiSigns scheduling because it helps meetings run smoothly with natural screen transitions, without manual switching. One challenge is making small edits to a screen, like updating a client name on a welcome screen, since it can feel like you have to rename an asset or create a copy just to change one detail. The tutorial videos and OptiBot help when questions come up.
