# How do you handle slow agent or TMC response times in Navan (Formerly TripActions)?

Navan (Formerly TripActions) has been very user friendly for our travelers, and Liquid Travel Cards (virtual credit cards) have made payments easier for people without a corporate card. We have also gotten value from unused ticket management and the reporting and dashboards, including AI-driven analysis. The main challenge is that it can sometimes take a while for an agent or the TMC to respond and resolve issues, and some problems get pushed back to the client to fix. How are others setting expectations or workflows to reduce delays and keep issues from landing on travelers?
