in our situation we are challenged with proving our value every quarter by savings in man hours in efforts to lower G&A costs not to free up people to innovate

Hi Michael - I think there is a direct correlation to 'savings in man hours' and freeing up people's time to innovate. By using RPA to remove mundane repetitive tasks, you free up man hours and allow employees to be redirected onto higher value add activities.

As you mention...RPA can also help in other areas...not just lowering expenses...improving turnaround time, improving employee satisfaction/morale, creating new income streams etc Maybe you can randomly drop some White Papers on these topics on the managers desk to broaden their understanding of how RPA can help :-)

Hope this helps! TJ
