# How do you handle ShipStation changes that make workflows harder to follow?

I like that ShipStation pulls in orders from my website and completes tracking notifications automatically. The biggest challenge is when changes roll out and it takes hours to figure out what happened, and some things feel more complicated than before. The main benefit for me is not having to manually input orders, which saves a lot of time and helps reduce errors. How do you stay on top of updates and keep your shipping process running smoothly?
