# How do you handle SheerID verification when some colleges are not supported?

SheerID makes identity verification feel fast and seamless, instantly confirming student, teacher, or military eligibility without complex paperwork. One challenge is that some Indian colleges are not supported, which can create verification issues for eligible users. The upside is real time verification that helps reduce fraud in gated offers while keeping customer data secure. If you have run into unsupported schools, what workarounds or support steps have worked for you?
