# How do you handle repeated written approvals when using Bendings Gauge?

Bendings Gauge did an in-depth review of our setup (including partner companies) and explained everything clearly. Their AI analysis was performant and even surfaced some zero-days, and onboarding felt smooth with solid price-to-performance. The main friction was needing written approval every single time, plus requests to access a specific system, even though we prefer passive services. How are others balancing these approval/access requests with the need to keep things passive?
