# How do you handle remote monitoring and offline alerts in Look Digital Signage?

We rely on hardware stability and remote management, and Look Digital Signage has made it easy to manage different players (Android, Amazon Fire Stick) from a centralized dashboard. Network Reporting has been especially helpful for quickly spotting when a screen goes offline, and it has saved us from traveling to each location with a USB for updates. The main friction points are slower processing when uploading large video files and wanting more detailed API documentation for deeper integrations. How are others managing large uploads and integrations while keeping remote monitoring reliable?
