# How do you handle overlapping programs and one on ones in FareHarbor?

The one on ones are the best part for me, but I run into issues when programs repeat or overlap, especially when something is playing at the same time. When I have a one on one, I sometimes miss programs I wanted to attend. On the plus side, integrating AI assistance into FareHarbor and connecting with OTAs helps solve problems. How are others managing scheduling conflicts while still getting value from one on ones?
