# How do you handle missed or lost Slack notifications for important internal communication?

Slack has been a reliable medium for official communication, and real-time notifications are a big part of that. But sometimes notifications are rarely delivered or seem to get lost, which can cause important messages to be missed. I also wish there were an AI writing feature to help type messages faster and boost productivity. Have you run into notification delivery issues in Slack, and what helps you make sure critical updates are seen?
