# How do you handle managers changing time entries in BambooHR without notifying employees?

In BambooHR, I like being able to see when time has been changed by anyone in the company. What I struggle with is that anyone in management can change your time without notifying you. I also have not had any issues that BambooHR can resolve around this. How are others handling visibility and notifications for time changes, and what process do you use to prevent surprises?
