# How do you handle long video recordings in Snagit when processing fails?

I like that Snagit lets me save lots of snips and even copy and paste one snip into another, which makes it easy to capture software issues or create quick training content. But I have run into problems with longer video recordings: short videos (around 5 to 10 minutes) process fine, while a 30-minute recording failed to process multiple times and I had to use Teams instead. Have you found any reliable way to get longer Snagit videos to process, or do you switch tools for longer recordings?
