# How do you handle gaps in FeedGuardians coverage (X and YouTube) and AI escalation needs?

We use FeedGuardians daily for Instagram and Facebook, and the AI replies help keep a consistent brand voice while automated spam detection auto-hides unwanted content. It has sped up engagement and reduced manual moderation, but it is inconvenient that it cannot handle comments for X (Twitter) and YouTube, and we still need to escalate complex or sensitive issues manually. Analytics also feel basic, and pricing may be tough for smaller brands. How are others filling the channel gaps and setting clear rules for when a human should step in?
