# How do you handle false positives when SOCRadar flags a legitimate site as phishing?

We ran into inaccurate threat classification where our legitimate e-commerce website was incorrectly flagged as malicious/phishing, leading to real access problems for users through ISPs and security systems. Support responses felt generic and automated, with no meaningful manual review or explanation despite multiple requests. False positives like this can seriously disrupt a business. If you have dealt with similar misclassifications, what steps helped you get a clear review and resolution?
