# How do you handle duplicate users across Windows and Mac profiles in We360.ai?

We360.ai has helped us manage attendance, productivity, and device monitoring from one dashboard, with strong user management, device analytics, and detailed insights. One challenge is duplicate users being created when an employee switches between Windows and Mac profiles, which can complicate license count management.
